FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- The original purchase receipt or order number must be included
- Your name, address, and an email address where you can be reached must be included, if not on the purchase receipt or order
- A description of the type of return and preferred resolution must be included
- Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded
- Shipping charges for the returned item(s) must be covered by the customer
- Trade For Trafficking will usually refund any money due to you in the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. However we reserve the right to issue a check in some cases of cash and/or credit/debit card purchases
- We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the day when the return is received by our returns department and determined eligible for a refund
- Exceptions to this refund policy may be noted on specific products, deals, or coupons, and such exceptions will supersede our standard refund policy to the extent that they change any of the points in it

UNUSED RETURNS POLICY
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, under the following conditions, in addition to the conditions for all returns above:
- A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be assessed and deducted from any refund issued
- Trade for Trafficking reserves the right not to refund you for any product returned by you that is incomplete, damaged or in an otherwise unsellable condition
DEFECTIVE RETURNS POLICY
Defective or incomplete products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, under the following conditions, in addition to the conditions for all returns above:
- Trade for Trafficking will, at its discretion, determine whether an equivalent product exchange will be sent or a refund issued
- In some cases, if an equivalent product is not available, you may be offered additional variations of the product to choose from
- No restocking or exchange fee will be assessed or deducted from any refund issued, provided the returned product is defective or incomplete and a refund is the determined resolution
- Shipping charges to send any product exchange resulting from defects will be covered by Trade for Trafficking
EXCHANGES POLICY
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a similar item of a different color/style, you may return such item(s) within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, under the following conditions, in addition to the conditions for all returns above:
- Our stock varies regularly, so you must confirm with us that your desired exchange is available and we must agree to the exchange before you send anything
- In case the price of the new item(s) is higher, the price differential will be assessed
- An exchange fee of 10% of the purchase price of exchanged item(s) will be assessed. This fee will be waved if a new order for another product is placed at the same time as the exchange
- Shipping charges to send us any item(s) to exchange will be covered by the customer
- Shipping and handling charges for us to send you any exchanged item(s) will also be covered by the customer
